Shipping to Australia – $9.99 for Rigs and Terminal Tackle. Please contact us for a quote for larger items including our Ultimate/Extreme Kits and separate components. We use NZ Post for our shipping which usually takes up to 7-10 working days.
International Orders – We deliver internationally. Please contact us via the contact form or email for a shipping price.
All Customs duties, sales taxes and other regulatory charges are payable by the receiver. International payments are accepted by PayPal and credit card only.
SwordPro Warranty on ‘Ultimate’ and ‘Extreme’ products
Our SwordPro Ultimate and Extreme products have been designed and manufactured to the highest quality to ensure you have many years of dependable performance and enjoyable fishing.
SwordPro Limited provides a two year warranty on all stainless steel components and a one year warranty on non stainless components (aluminium poles/parts, ropes, net sacks, lanyards, hard cases et al) against defects in materials and/or faulty workmanship effective from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser.
SwordPro Limited will perform repairs or effect replacement, at its option, with no costs to the purchaser other than shipping charges incurred to and from our service facility.
SwordPro products not covered by the SwordPro Limited Warranty may be repaired at a nominal charge to the purchaser, provided parts are available and shipping charges incurred both to and from our service facility are paid by the purchaser.
This warranty covers faults occurring from reasonable and intended use. This warranty does not cover claims for incidental or consequential damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use or neglect. This warranty will be considered void if it found that the product has been subjected to unauthorised alterations, abuse or damage as a result of failure to provide the recommended care and maintenance.
To request a warranty repair return the product to us with proof of purchase and a description of the fault you are experiencing along with your name, address and contact phone number to us.
SwordPro Limited reserves the right to amend or change this warranty at any time.
If you receive your SwordPro order and are not completely satisfied with the quality simply return it to us unused in the original packaging within 7 days for a refund of your purchase price – return shipping is at the customers expense.
